Timothy J. Cavanagh, founding partner of Cavanagh Law Group, was named one of the Irish Legal 100 this year. The organization recognizes the most prominent lawyers of Irish descent throughout the United States in the Irish Voice newspaper and Irish America magazine.
Cavanagh’s grandparents Mike and Delia Tully were natives of County Mayo and he is a member of the Irish Fellowship Club of Chicago. Cavanagh currently lives in Lincoln Park with his wife Stacey and six children.
Cavanagh will attend the award’s ceremony this evening, October 14, 2010, along with Jack J. Hagerty, a partner at Shefsky & Froelich, another named to the Irish Legal 100 this year, at the Irish Ambassador’s home in Washington, DC to receive the honor.
