SUMMARY JUDGMENT REVERSED BY ILLINOIS APPELLATE COURT, CSLG CLIENTS ENTITLED TO TRIAL

CHICAGO February 8, 2024 — After a second detour to the Illinois Appellate Court, we have prevailed in overturning the summary judgment order. Honored to represent our clients in this tragic highway road design and construction defect case. After nearly eight years, we are ready for trial. Grateful to our appellate counsel Mike Rathsack.
