The driver of a car involved in a crash police say caused the death of a 79-year-old woman in Tinley Park earlier this month now faces a wrongful death lawsuit in addition to criminal charges.
Cavanagh Sorich Law Group filed the lawsuit against Timothy McGuire in Cook County Circuit Court.
