Cavanagh Sorich Law Group filed a lawsuit against the Diocese of Joliet after a priest was criminally charged with sexually assaulting a man with a disability.
“This is yet another tragic example of a priest using his position of power and trust to hurt a vulnerable victim he was supposed to be trying to help,” Cavanagh Sorich Law Group founding partner Tim Cavanagh said in the Chicago Tribune.
