Cavanagh Sorich Law Group partner Tim Cavanagh spoke to the Chicago Tribune after CSLG filed a lawsuit on behalf of 16 St. Ignatius students and two coaches who were injured when a drunken semi-truck driver drove into their bus in Indiana.
“He never should have been on the road — much less hired to be behind the wheel of a semi-tractor trailer,” Cavanagh said of the driver, who is a convicted felon.
