BLOCK CLUB CHICAGO: St. Ignatius Hockey Players, Parents Sue Semi Driver, Trucking Companies After Indiana Crash

IN THE NEWS: Cavanagh Sorich Law Group partners Tim Cavanagh, Stacey Feeley Cavanagh and Mike Sorich held a press conference Nov. 29, 2022, after filing a lawsuit on behalf of 18 victims of the St. Ignatius hockey bus crash, which was caused by a drunken semi-truck driver in Indiana. The firm represents 16 students and two coaches.

“He never should have been on the road, much less hired to be behind the wheel of a semi-tractor trailer,” Tim Cavanagh is quoted as saying in Block Club Chicago. “Santos and the trucking companies must be held responsible for the egregious conduct that has left these young men with lifelong physical and emotional injuries.”
