With a trial weeks away, Cavanagh Sorich Law Group partners Tim Cavanagh, Michael Sorich CSLG associate Chris Dietmann and Daniel Herbert of The Herbert Law Firm obtained a record $50 Million settlement in a FELA railroad case. The firms represented a young man who was catastrophically injured at a railroad yard in Chicago. He has had over 30 surgeries and incurred medical bills over $7 million. Tim Cavanagh stated: “It is professionally gratifying to secure a $50 Million settlement for our client. He will never be able to walk or work again but will now have the money to live with dignity.”
