A 38-year-old man was on his motorcycle stopped at a red light when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by a Catholic priest. The impact threw the man onto the hood of the priest’s vehicle and as a result the man sustained multiple injuries, including a closed head injury. The matter settled the day before trial.
