After a 4-year legal battle and with a trial set for early July in Cook County Circuit Court, Cavanagh Sorich Law Group partners Tim Cavanagh, Jason Kroot and Michael Sorich obtained a $12.5 million settlement for a 68-year-old man and his wife. A local hospital paid the settlement after taking their patient off a lifelong medication that caused a stroke and hemiparesis.
