Cavanagh Sorich Law Group Partners Tim Cavanagh and Marc McCallister obtained a $2.3 million settlement for a premises liability case on behalf of their clients. The settlement comes after their client suffered permanent injuries when an unsecured chuppah collapsed and one of its columns struck her during their son’s wedding ceremony on October 11, 2021.
