On November 5th, 2015, Cavanagh Sorich Law Group obtained a $3 million wrongful death settlement for the family of a 26 year old man killed when he became entangled in an industrial machine. The case name is withheld because a defendant involved in the payout demanded settlement confidentiality. The case was pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County and was set for trial on November 12th, 2015.
